There are people who fear the future; instead, we are inspired by it. There are those who only think about selling; we put our people first, at the centre of everything. There are the perfectionists; we, in contrast, know that it is more important to be agile and to enhance things along the way. There are tendencies and theories; we prefer to understand the fundamentals. Some fear to fall; we train to always stand up again. There are those who avoid the hardships; however, we always find a way to confront them. When it is learning time, we learn. When it is teaching time, we teach. And when there is a lack of resources, we make them up.
